Inspired by the raucous cartoon the South Park x adidas Campus 80s Towelie the design is intended to pay homage to the hilarious titular character Towelie. Appearing in a bright purple hue in a cleverly deployed towelling detail across the entirety of the upper, this shoe is definitely a conversation started among budding sneakerheads, fans of the series or both. Based on the classic Campus 80 upper, this iconic adidas 3-Stripe side panels are presented in white, while matching adidas branding is also present on the shoes heel. Completing this well-thought-out design, is the shoes ace up its sleeve, as when the sunlight hits this model, the eyes on the tongue turn red in true Towelie style, a truly awesome finishing move for this simple but so very satisfying design.
