Released at NikeLab stores on September 2017 the Off-White Air Vapormax Black became one of the most coveted kicks of the year as part of "The Ten" Collection and is Virgil Abloh's debut reimagining of the Vapormax silhouette. The design features a black Flyknit upper stylized with an oversized white Swoosh with exposed stitching, a blacked out Air Vapormax sole keeps this design rooted in its source material, also featuring a retro-style tongue clearly shows the shoe takes inspiration from the past, the present, and the future. Virgil Abloh's popularity seems set to continue with this release and shows no signs of slowing down going into 2018, with each design excellently reinvigorating the Nike portfolio for loyal fans and sceptics alike, and the Off-White Air Vapormax Black is no different.
